These Terms of Service (“Terms”) establish the legal agreement between you (“you,” the “Customer”) and CoPoster (“we,” “our,” or “CoPoster”) when you access or use our platform, applications, website, or any related services (collectively, the “Services”).

By using the Services or selecting “accept,” you confirm your agreement to these Terms. If you disagree with any part, please discontinue your use of the Services.

Recurring charges apply based on the selected plan. Fees are in USD and renew automatically unless canceled in advance. Generally non-refundable.

5.2 Trials

Trials may require a payment method. Fees start automatically unless canceled before the trial ends.

5.3 Auto-Renewal

Subscriptions renew for the same period. Current pricing applies.

5.4 Price Changes

We may update prices at any time, not retroactively.

5.5 Plan Adjustments

Upgrades apply instantly; downgrades at the next billing cycle.

5.6 Taxes

You’re responsible for applicable taxes unless exempt.

All materials, branding, and code remain the property of CoPoster or its licensors. You may not copy or reverse-engineer them.

You must not use the Services for illegal, harmful, or disruptive activities including spamming, scraping, or malware distribution.

12. Content Guidelines

Your content must not be unlawful, harmful, abusive, or deceptive. You are solely responsible for it.

13. IP Disputes

For copyright/trademark claims, contact us at support@gg.frunze.space. Repeat violations may result in termination.

14. Linked Accounts

By linking accounts, you allow data exchange under respective policies.

15. Global Access

Services are managed from Armenia and may not be legal or available in all countries.

16. Data Transfers (EEA)

We rely on Standard Contractual Clauses for cross-border data transfer from the EEA.

Information is general and not guaranteed to be accurate or up to date.

18. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify CoPoster for any claims resulting from your use of the Services or content.

19. Dispute Resolution

All disputes shall be resolved under Armenian law via binding arbitration.

You waive the right to participate in class actions.

21. Warranty Disclaimer

Services are provided “as is” with no warranties.

22. Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the amount you paid in the last 12 months.

23. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access at any time. You remain liable for past charges.

24. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Armenia.
